BLOCKHEAD

Pete’s Wife/Girlfriend

We will be making a female version of Pete using the same model, but with a few proposed alterations:

– Oversize will be around 10-15% smaller.
– Thin out the neck and shoulder area to reduce masculine features.
– Slight change to head shape so the forehead is not so pronounced.
– Modest tweak to the shape of the beak; maybe a slight curve to the end.
– Change the eye colour from brown to blue.
– Overall lighten the colour of the feathers, and add lighter patches to the head area, under the chin, and down the belly.
– Thin out the feet and reduce the amount of scale texture so the feet are more delicate and refined.
– Change the colour of toenails from dark brown to a flesh colour
– Possibly look at adding eyelashes but maybe this is a step to far.
Here are some visual references to how we will reshape the female kiwi to differ from Pete:
Here’s an orthographic view of before and after the reshaping. The female bird is on the left, and Pete is on the right:

Baby Kiwis

– Need to understand what age we are going for. Toddlers 2-3 years old or kids 7-8 years old?
– We recommend going for toddlers. The younger they are, the cuter. The feathers will be much fluffier; not as coarse as Pete. A little fluffy bundle of joy.
– Beak and feet will be much smaller and less textured.
– Much shorter neck length to exaggerate ball of fluff.
– We assume that both babies will be using the same model, but we will add variation to the feather colours.

Thank You
